In the small brochure Don Antonio Volpe transcribes the only one state of souls (albeit incomplete) – that is, the list of parishioners who had to make the Easter precept – present in the archives of the parishes of Buccino, compiled in 1813 by Don Giuseppe Gallucci, last parish priest of S. Nicola della Piazza before the suppression of the parish, which took place with Muratt's decree of 21 August of that same year.A brief introduction by the curator is followed by the reprint of some historical notes by Giuseppe Arduino on the church (already published in the volume on the church printed on the occasion of its restoration), the description of the document by the editor and then its transcription with the original images (unfortunately not legible) placed opposite. The brochure, already printed in a few copies by the editor in 1998, as can be deduced from the Introduction by Angelo Imbrenda, it was then printed by the Buccinesi nel Mondo Association.
