Exhibition catalog, edited by the Civic Cultural Association “The two cities”, dedicated to the Buccinese painter Flaminia Bosco, held in the Augustinian convent of S. Antonio in Buccino from 27 October 2012 al 13 January 2013.

Flaminia Woods (Buccino 1864 – Salerno 1943) she was a very cultured woman: author of poems, connoisseur of Greek (she used to sign her works with her first name in Greek) and musician (he played the piano and the guitar). He distinguished himself above all in the field of painting: Student of the Neapolitan masters Edoardo Dalbono and Federico Rossano and of the Florentine Niccolò Cannici, painted approx 70 works and fu one of the first Italian women painters. Pparticipated in various national and international exhibitions, getting first place in the 1900 in Paris with the painting “Basket of grapes”; with the same painting and other works of his he also participated in the Salernitana d’Arte exhibition of 1933.
